WHAT
Ink kitchen is a ink room, in where the ink could be tailored according to the color sample, according to the printing condition and the print cost requirement. More than ink making in house, ink management and printing management could be carrying out via ink kitchen to reduce print cost and to improve efficiency.

WHY
Nowadays, the demand for good printing box is increasing.
The box plants require the ink suppliers to fulfill the following functions:
A. Ink must work under various conditions and be consistent between printing batches.
B. Delivery in a short notice.
C. New color match with the sample at one go.

Ink kitchen in plant will fulfill all the above requirements.

HOW
The following steps will be taken to ensure the project goes to plan:
•Site Audit. A member of DF staff will visit your factory and advise of the best position to situate the dispenser.

•Formulation Management . If we are taking over the supply from another ink company, we will match current colours from wet samples or swatches and supply a spreadsheet for initial cross-reference of DF ink codes against old supplier.

•Installation. We will assist with the installation and enter the formulations onto the system
