Ink Automatic Dispenser

DF ink dispensing system installs with two speed-flow valves, and an additional valve for washing water. An electronic scale controls the weight of the component being dispensed, and the dispensing valves are operated according to the weight information coming from the scale. One set of latest software was connected to the PLC to collect and analyse the information reported by the scale, and then send the command to operating the valves to dispense ink components.

Hardware The dispensing system is composed by:

1. A dispensing head with 6~18 valves fixed on a circle metal plate
2. A electrical cabinet with PLC and electrical parts
3. A control panel for manual and automatic operation
4. A metallic groove structure with pumps and pipes
5. Famous and reputed components are used, such as: ARO Pumps, Sartorius Scale (Germany) or Mettler Toledo Scale (Swiss), DELTA PLC (TAIWAN CHINA),Those suppliers could provide after-service world widely.

Software Our smart interface program is highly precision to control ink dispensing. Moreover, it has provided great convenience to record the ink manufacturing, such as ink formula, raw materials storage and ink quantity report etc.
